Fetch, pay, confirm
The right amount, every time
Most BBPS billers support fetching the bill before payment, so the amount and due date are always correct.
1. Find the biller
Choose a category and biller, and enter the customer identifier the biller requires, such as a consumer number.
2. Fetch the bill
Where the biller supports it, the amount and due date are fetched before payment. Some billers accept payments without a fetch.
3. Pay and get a receipt
The payment is confirmed with a BBPS reference, and the receipt can be printed or shared.
Safe pending handling
A pending payment is never treated as failed. Status enquiry runs until the final status, and a second payment for the same bill is blocked.
Complaints
Raise a complaint against the transaction itself, so the references and status history are already attached.
Reports
Every payment shows up in transaction reports and reconciliation, with both the internal and the BBPS reference.
