This policy explains how Infycore Payment Private Limited ("Infycore", "we") collects, uses and protects personal information through this website, our demo and contact forms, and our BBPS white-label platform and bill-payment panel ("Services").

• Enquiry details: name, company, email, phone, the solution you are interested in and network size, which you submit through our forms.
• Partner and user information: details of partners, distributors and retailers created on the panel, and documents provided during formal onboarding.
• Transaction information: bill-payment details processed through the panel, such as biller, customer identifier, amount, status and references.
• Technical information: IP address, browser and device information, and logs needed to secure and operate the Services.

• To respond to enquiries and schedule demos.
• To onboard partners, verify businesses and provide the Services.
• To process recharges and bill payments, show transaction status, generate receipts and reports, and handle complaints.
• To secure our systems, prevent fraud and meet legal and regulatory obligations.

We share information only where needed to provide the Services, for example with BBPS participants involved in processing a bill payment (such as operating units and billers), with service providers working on our behalf under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law or a regulator. We do not sell personal information.

We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes above and for the periods required by applicable law and our agreements. Transaction records are kept as required for reconciliation, dispute handling and compliance.

We protect information with role-based access, separation of partner data, encryption in transit, audit logging and access controls. No system is completely secure, so please keep your login details confidential and tell us immediately about any suspected misuse.
