Terms of Service

By using this website or the Services of Infycore Payment Private Limited ("Infycore", "we"), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Partner use of the platform is also governed by the partner agreement; if there is a conflict, the agreement prevails.

Infycore provides BBPS (Bharat Connect) technology: a white-label bill-payment platform and a ready-to-use bill-payment panel for partners, distributors and retailers. Bill payments are processed through BBPS via authorised participants. Availability of specific bill categories and billers may change.

Access to the business panel is available only to businesses that complete onboarding, including verification and an agreement. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

• You are responsible for all activity under your users and credentials.
• Keep login details confidential, and enable the security controls available to you.
• Tell us immediately about any unauthorised access or suspicious activity.

• A payment is complete only when it shows a final successful status with a BBPS reference.
• Pending payments must not be repeated. They are resolved through status enquiry and reconciliation.
• Failed or reversed payments are handled as described in our Refund Policy and the partner agreement.

Our published fees and plans are on the Pricing page. Commissions and network commercials for partners are set out in the partner agreement. Nothing on this website is a promise of earnings.

You may use the Services only for lawful bill payments. Fraud, money laundering, misuse of customer data and any activity prohibited by law or BBPS rules are not allowed and may lead to suspension.

The platform, website and content belong to Infycore or its licensors. White-label partners may use their own brand on the platform under the agreement. BBPS and Bharat Connect are brands of NPCI Bharat BillPay Limited (NBBL).

We work to keep the Services available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, as availability also depends on third-party systems such as BBPS and billers. Our liability is limited as set out in the partner agreement and to the extent permitted by law.

We may suspend access to protect customers, comply with law or regulatory directions, or address a breach of these Terms or the agreement. Pending transactions are resolved as per standard processes even after termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the dispute-resolution clause of the partner agreement, courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction.

Complaints are handled through our grievance redressal process.
